Standard Alphabetic Prefix Part Number CRTs- Cathode Ray Tubes Skip the INTRO, Go RIGHT to the CATALOG! These are the cathode ray tubes (CRT's) we have on hand from National, Sylvania, SONY, AEG- Telefunken, Philips and other key makers. We have some new (NOS), some dynamically tested used tubes , and untested pulls available. All CRT's have been tested for a good filament, and have burn-free phosphors. We have many Tek and HP scope CRT's here, both new and removed from equipment that was in working condition, ideal for reviving your favorite scope. GOT CRTs to SELL? We are always interested in good quality tubes! New Canada Post Rates, expresspost shipping and packing minimum of $23 for any small insured air shipment up to 1kg, but a typical 5 inch CRT costs $25-30 to ship. SHIPPING: Canadian ExpressPost (NOT regular mail, this is like US Global Priority/Courier) Rates: To USA destinations, shipping and packing minimum of $23 for any insured, trackable air shipment up to 1kg (typical delivery within 5 business days), Canadian destinations are typically $10-14 (delivery within 2-3 business days). It is also possible to ship uninsured, untracked, small packets (250g max.) for roughly $12-14 to the USA, but delivery delays can be up to 8 weeks according to the US Postal Service, and so we cannot recommend it. Virtually all of our shipment failures have been because of this method, so it should be used with caution. We have an extraordinarily good success rate (better than 99.9%) with ExpressPost, so we highly recommend it, especially for one-of-a-kind items. It is cheaper than couriers, trackable, more reliable, fully insured and goes almost everywhere. Shipping/handling to Europe, Australia, South America and other overseas areas via Canada Post International ExpressPost air mail insured service or Canada Post International Air Service where ExpressPost is not offered is $51.00 for parcels up to 500 grams/1 pound. Shipping and packing via regular mail to these locales is $22.00 for parcels weighing up to 500 grams/1 pound. This service offers no guarantee, insurance or tracking and we then accept no liability for loss or damage. Transit times are unpredictable by this method. Sorry, we can't safely send individual small parts in a regular letter envelope, they get destroyed by the automated handling equipment. We can also ship FedEx or UPS when time or weight is critical, and over-night FedEx P1 shipping is available. Note that our pick-up cut-off time is noon for FedEx. There is a packing charge for large equipment, see the FAQ for details. If there are any marks or detracting features, we clearly state them in the listing. Before shipment, we burn in the equipment for 24 hrs. again and re-check to be sure it is good prior to shipment. These are functional pulls from rack mounted Data-Check multiple scope assemblies, great size for CRT clocks, or miniscopes. The rear pins fit exactly into a standard 13 pin Nixie socket, if the center hole is drilled out. May or may not have the shield shown. We have suitable sockets on hand. Filaments tested. Has only internal house markings on the tube itself (no number or logo), in new padded factory box. Extremely hard to find tube, used in some advanced stereo/tuner systems like the Marantz 10 and 10B, here's a chance to get a new spare. Works great in the Forbes CRT clock circuit, but slow to initially warm up, possibly due to higher filament current requirements, this last tube is abotu 70% of full brightness, compared to a new tube.
