All parts are original HP items, even if/when marked with the root number, rather than 182X-XXXX, etc. All new parts are from ex-HP factory or service parts stock, used parts are from HP equipment, and in most cases are simply unplugged from sockets, not unsoldered, but some discrete parts can only be unsoldered. Where possible, we do a functional check on used parts, but all used items are supplied as-is.
IMPORTANT: there is no minimum order, but the minimum expresspost (airmail insured) US shipping charge (regardless of parts cost) on any shipment is $23, which will typically ship up to 1kg / 2 pounds. Destinations overseas are more.
