100MHz Rack Mount Oscilloscope
 Dual trace scope with Digital On-screen voltage/time display and settable cursors, plus full X/Y capability and flexible vertical modes. This is an ANALOG scope, but with many DIGITAL on screen features. Supports direct display of either trace voltage referred to any point, as well as waveform timing. Factory Rack-mount version, with 3 jumper cables for rear connections. Has Auto-Set to capture and trigger any waveform with default settings. Vertical sensitivity down to 2mV/division, plus has channel inversion and bandwidth limiting. This is the enhanced successor to the 465/B from Tektronix (but lower cost, made in Asia), and is a big improvement in terms of weight (1/3 the weight of a 465!) and is easy to carry, with loads of on screen features, including on screen readout of INDICATING PROBES. Has many distinctive HP features, including the selectable 1Meg/50 ohm input impedance, flood gun screen grid illumination, and extensive mixed/alt sweep capability. Vertical 10mV/div sensitivity, and selectable 20Mhz lowered bandwidth. Excellent real time vertical response beyond 300Mhz.
A great high performance portable or bench scope. Good looking cosmetics and crisp focus, high brightness CRT with flood gun graticule illumination. FULL HP Data HERE in PDF form. Very hard model to find, the wide bandwidth is outstanding for RF and high speed logic work.

This series of late production scopes from Philips/Fluke are all based on the same core technology and control layout. Analog scopes have a secondary LCD display to show all control settings, and level/speed are selected with slew switches. The Auto-set switch gives one touch set up of all functions from triggering to level and sweep, an incredible time saver for many people. All scopes in this family include full TV triggering, as well as all regular internal/external modes, and scopes can have 1 or 2 full timebases to permit delayed, mixed and alternate timebase operation, a real help with waveforms that have both fast and slow characteristics.
The famous COMBISCOPES have full function analog AND digital operation, giving the best possible presentation for each application, and still featuring Auto-Set.

Philips scopes use a different 10x probe detection sceme than Tek scopes, and only the original Philips probes are correctly detected for the on screen and LCD displays. Any probe that can be compensated correctly will work, but display data will be as if the scope had 1X probes connected. We have a small quantity of the original Philips/Fluke probes sets available with a scope purchase ONLY, see data below.

500MHz Oscilloscope
 This is one of Tek's finest analog scopes ever made (an enhanced auto-cal'ing 2467B), with high speed micro-channel plate CRT, extensive auto-cal features, and 3 slot mainframe. An 11A32 (400Mhz) dusl trace plug in is included, plus 2 slot blanking panels. This has integral counter/timer features, and extensive on screen data display. Can support up to 8 traces (with dual 11A34), note that the far right slot is only for the special trigger processor plug in, and the center and left are active vertical slots. Everything has been fully checked and cal'd, the CRT is excellent, plus we provide an extensive Tek 11K library of manuals and app notes on CD. DVD user tutorials are also available on request. This system checked out to 500Mhz, beyond the plug in spec. This is a high precision lab grade scope, not for the faint of heart, with touch screen controls, and very deep functionality. This is now my main scope in R+D, but be aware it has a steep learning curve, and is HEAVY to ship! Add a genuine, fully tested Tek P6134C 350Mhz 10x probe for $195.

TM500 Mainframes and Scope Plug-ins
SC500 series scopes are a miracle of mechanical packaging, offering the performance of Tek's best portables in tiny TM500 series modules. They make it possible to configure a very compact free-standing lab set up without the need for an additonal scope. Note, calibration of these scopes requires use of special TM500 cable extenders, and is not always simple to do in the field. There is also a single width single trace SC501, for low frequency monitor use, but we do not normally stock that unit.

SC502/3/4 Oscilloscopes
TM500 Plug-in Scopes can provide up to 80Mhz of bandwidth, dual channel (SC504), with most usuable beyond 100Mhz. They have the same capabilities as full blown Tek scopes, including full external triggering and XY operation, all in a tiny package. There are 3 double width scopes:
