Bench/Portable solid state low power multimeter, with AC/DC volts from 0.3VFS to 1000VFS (plus dB), high and low power ohms with very high values (1000 Megohms FS).
Also has battery (uses 1/D and 2/9V batteries) and diode junction tests. Very rugged units, with carry handles, and easily accessible rear battery compartment. No current scales. Uses Triplett reversed banana jack test leads for safety.
NEW US made high quality lead set included with each meter, and also available separately for $24, add $8 for accessory probe clips. Very nice physical condition, fully tested and cal'd, appears to be a high performance meter model for technical schools.
