What we do/sell now: Primarily the sale of slide rules and vacuum tubes, as we are currently liquidating the business.  We expect the business will be completely liquidated some time around 2027.

We used to offer a wide variety of services and products that included test equipment sales, calibration, maintenance/repair, research and development, slide rules, tubes, etc.  Lots of different things.  We no longer do most of these things.

We ship globally using a variety of shipping providers.  Within North America we recommend shipping via Canada Post and US Postal Service.

We also ship via FedEx, DHL, and UPS.

NB – Shipping via DHL may incur additional administrative fees due to the difficulties involved in shipping with this service provider.

Due to changes in US policy, all shipments from Canada that are US bound are subject to pre-payment of shipping duties.  The rate of those duties depends on the country of origin of the product, and vary significantly (10%-170%).

Pre-payment of shipping duties is a US Government requirement for any parcels entering US borders.

What this means for our customers requiring shipment to the USA:

• Additional duties will have to be charged to you prior to us being able to ship your purchase.
• An estimate of the import duties will be provided prior to any purchase.

We list all of our prices and do all of our billing in USD to simplify international ordering, and minimize currency conversions.

This is context dependent, but we typically offer discounts for educators, and may also offer discounts based on order size.
