Gilson’s most famous aluminum circular slide rule, with alternating yellow/white stripes and fractional converter/operator scales. This rule was made by Gilson in Florida but was also sold by numerous other companies, this is the Dietzgen version (slightly green tinted). This is a very powerful rule, with 3 sets of trig scales (sin/tan), giving performance equal to a much larger straight rule, and still has the factory box, and original printed manual.
The rule has unique fractional ‘binary’ scales that permit operations directly with fractional numbers, and also drill size scales. Rotating dual cursors with a slip clutch on one side, and a single cursor on the other.
