This is a complete reference timing standard setup that incorporates the Efratom Performance Monitor Module (PMM), GPS module, PRS-RB module, and PRS-XO module.

• The PMM is both the remote as well as the local interface to the Modular Frequency and Timing System (MFTS). It provides the combined functions of the GPS module controls, status and monitor ports, LCD display, and RS-232 I/O ports.
• The PRS-RB module provides an accurate clock rate of 5 and 10 MHz and a 1 PPS signal synchronized to UTC. The PRS-Rb uses a Model LPRO rubidium oscillator accurate to 1E-11 over a 24 hour period.  When PRS modules are disciplined to GPS satellite time transmissions through the GPS module the accuracy of the system is less than 100 ns.
• The PRS-XO module provides an accurate clock rate of 5 and 10 MHz and a 1 PPS signal synchronized to UTC. The PRS-XO uses a Model LPRO crystal oscillator accurate to 1E-9 over a 24 hour period.  When PRS modules are disciplined to GPS satellite time transmissions through the GPS module the accuracy of the system is less than100 ns.  In the GPS mode the primary PRS module makes frequency corrections using the GPS reference timing sign. This maintains the good short term stability of the reference oscillators and emulates the long term stability of a cesium oscillator.

Used for higher energy applications, AC and AC/DC High-Pot Testers available from Megger are designed for safety and ease of operation, and readily adapt to development, maintenance or production testing.  This is the 0-3kVAC model.

Test voltage is continuously adjustable from zero to full output, with a zero-start interlock. Leakage current trip level may be adjusted from 0.3 to 12 mA by a front-panel knob. Pushbuttons are provided to select one-second or continuous testing, to turn off the high voltage and to reset the instrument. All high-voltage connections are recessed to prevent accidental contact with high voltage.

During testing, high voltage will automatically shut down within 50 ms of arcing or exceeding the preset trip level. Visual and audible alarms alert the operator upon failure.

The instruments also feature an interlock that prevents the high voltage from being applied if the supply ground wire is open or if the hot and neutral wires are interchanged. A Tester Grounded lamp lights to confirm the instrument is connected to a properly grounded power source.

This unit has not been tested, and does not include any test leads.
